The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 11playphp reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or bonus funds held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 11playphp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 11playphp immediately via live chat or by contacting our support team.
11playphp is required to verify the identity of all registered players in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering and gaming regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 11playphp may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
All transactions on 11playphp are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate, and any associated conversion fees are the responsibility of the player.
11playphp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your 11playphp account instantly upon confirmation of payment. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance. 11playphp does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed within thirty (30) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, subject to successful KYC verification and the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. 11playphp reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 11playphp account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 11playphp reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request.
11playphp offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time each bonus or promotion is offered and form part of these Terms.
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period; failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

11playphp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players as soon as reasonably practicable.
Each game available on 11playphp is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on 11playphp. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and are subject to change at the discretion of 11playphp.
11playphp reserves the right to void any bet or wager that has been placed as a result of a technical error, software malfunction, or the display of incorrect odds or game information. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 11playphp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 11playphp has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall the total aggregate liability of 11playphp to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 11playphp account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11playphp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 11playphp will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the 11playphp platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure.

In the event of any dispute between you and 11playphp, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. 11playphp will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving written notice of the complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
